I was feeling really bad about being fired, although I knew it wasn't because I did anything wrong, but by the time this unprofessional, hostile work environment got through with me I was doubting myself and questioning my actions. Thank God for Workplace Law Partners as this wrongful termination keeps messing with my livelihood. I didn't believe there was an end to this madness, but Atty. I Can Breathe Again Jan 11, 2026

I was unsure of what was going to happen due to being fired unjustly. Not only that, I was denied my unemployment, and it was during the holiday season. I spoke with an attorney from Workplace Law Partners, she said to call back after filing my appeal with a date, so I waited, got the date for my appeal hearing and called Workplace back. I spoke with an attorney who took all my information, told what she was going to do, and informed me what was expected of me. When I say this young lady worked on my behalf and made me feel comfortable and confident in myself and even more in her. David Fish is genuinely the best attorney I've ever met! He's the ONLY one who took my wrongful termination case, after two other attorneys told me that I had no case and they wouldn't help me. Attorneys are notoriously not great at communication, but David responded to every one of my calls and emails nearly immediately, over a year and a half process. He listens when you talk, without interrupting you, and he fought for me! I would've been willing to settle for far less, but thank goodness I trusted David's expertise and advice and he ultimately got me a settlement for almost DOUBLE what was originally offered.
