Sarah is an Associate Employment Attorney handling employment discrimination and severance negotiations. Before starting as an Associate Attorney, Sarah worked as a Law Clerk with our firm.

Prior to becoming an employment lawyer, Sarah received her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri School of Law in May 2025 and her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University. During law school, Sarah worked as a Labor Law Legal Research Assistant and HR Law Teaching Assistant.

Sarah comes from a proud union family, which sparked her passion for helping workers' rights and striving for justice and equality in the workplace.

Sarah is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association of Illinois and admitted to the Illinois State Bar.
