About
Lesley Rodriguez is a bilingual paralegal with a deep interest in advocating for the rights of the mistreated and underserved. Lesley works with our employment discrimination lawyers. She has experience working in not-for-profit legal services. Before joining FPB, Lesley worked as a Housing Community Navigator at the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic. She provided support to the Housing attorneys, assisted clients directly in completing rental assistance applications, provided clients with referrals to social services, and led outreach efforts for the Housing practice.
Lesley holds a B.A. in Spanish and a concentration in Policy Studies from Grinnell College. She hopes to earn a graduate degree in Public Policy or attend law school in the near future. In her spare time, Lesley enjoys baking, working out, and attending concerts.
