About

Seth represents both employers and employees in almost all types of labor and employment disputes that they can face, including litigation about noncompetition agreements, business divorce suits, executive compensation claims, whistleblowing matters and discrimination, harassment and retaliation complaints. Seth also assists federal government employees who have been discharged or otherwise disciplined in claims before the Merit System Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Seth’s practice additionally extends to litigation between businesses and construction disputes.

Seth uses his experience to anticipate client issues and to develop proactive strategies to address complicated problems. Seth Is a leader in developing and implementing innovative policies and procedures for businesses ranging from start-ups and family companies to high tech firms, professional organizations, retailers and temporary labor services. Seth works with businesses, executives, human resources professionals and employees to craft employment policies and agreements that ensure compliance with the law without sacrificing the client’s goals and objectives.

Seth is licensed in Illinois, Colorado and New Mexico. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
