We, along with co-counsel, settled for $5.85 million in a class action lawsuit for employees of a Wendy’s franchise located in and around Will County, Illinois. The Court selected Chicago Volunteer Legal Services as the cy pres recipient. It received $420,051 from a class action lawsuit. This money will be put to good use for work done to help Chicago’s poor receive legal services.
