As an update, the Honorable Judge Sara Ellis (Chicago, Illinois) entered final approval of a class action settlement for a total of $1,787,000. We represented 1,787 current and former employees of Nando’s Peri Peri who worked in Illinois. Our claim was brought under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
