We, along with our co-counsel, filed two cases for consumers who allegedly failed drug tests after consuming Raspberry Lemonade Iaso Tea Instant. At issue in the lawsuits are whether Total Life Changes product contains THC. The first case filed was in Minnesota as Williams v. Total Life Changes, LLC. No. 27-CV-20-14517 (Minnesota) and the second in Georgia is Miller v. Total Life Changes LLC, No. 1:21-cv-00095-JRH-BKE (Southern District of Georgia)
