On April 1, 2020 our client filed a Complaint against Meridian Lodging Associates, LLP. d/b/a Homewood Suites by Hilton. The lawsuit asserts claims under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). This case has since been moved to Federal Court.
