On April 10, 2020 our client filed a Complaint against R.J Van Drunen & Sons, Inc., d/b/a Van Drunen Farms. The lawsuit asserts claims under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). This case has been moved to Federal Court.
