Danielle Soheil is an analytical and detail-oriented attorney with diverse legal experience, combining her background as both a legal secretary and a practicing attorney to bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal process. Licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2013, Danielle has exceptional research, writing and advocacy skills.
Danielle represents claimants in administrative hearings and appeals, skillfully navigating formal hearings and evidentiary rules. Her work includes preparing clients for hearings, advising on appeals and drafting statements and arguments to support eligibility for unemployment benefits.
Beyond her current role, Danielle has served as a Pro Bono Attorney, where she provided free legal consultations on a wide range of issues, including landlord/tenant law, family law, bankruptcy, consumer rights and civil litigation. Her commitment to public service reflects a deep dedication to justice and community advocacy.
Earlier in her career, Danielle honed her legal and administrative expertise as a Legal Secretary and Contract Legal Professional in both California and Illinois, supporting complex litigation and corporate matters. Her early experience scheduling depositions, drafting motions and coordinating case files laid the foundation for her efficiency and precision in legal practice today.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
A lifelong learner and avid reader, Danielle’s interests extend to literature, politics, photography and travel. Her career goal is to continue refining her litigation and counseling expertise.
