Salary Range: $70,000–$200,000 (depending on experience and performance; includes commissions)

Job Description:

Workplace Law Partners, P.C. is seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our growing employment law practice.We represent clients in important litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, partnership, restrictive covenant disputes, and other workplace matters. This is an opportunity to take ownership of cases, develop litigation strategy, and gain meaningful courtroom and deposition experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution and trial
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances and motion practice
• Communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience 
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to effectively use AI tools in legal practice
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently 
• Illinois bar admission required
