Michelle Faron is passionate about empowering individuals through effective legal representation in the workplace. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she attended Truman State University in Kirksville, MO, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2012, and received her law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2015.
Following law school, Michelle began her legal career representing employees in a broad spectrum of employment law matters throughout Missouri and Illinois. She has extensive experience advocating for clients before administrative agencies and in both state and federal courts. Michelle is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois state courts as well as in the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the District Court of Nebraska.
She is committed to guiding clients through every step of the legal process, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Michelle’s strong dedication to employee advocacy led her to join the firm, where she continues to provide guidance and representation to individuals with IDES claims.
She is an active member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Federal Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the National Employment Lawyers Association (National, St. Louis Chapter, and Illinois Chapter).
When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and two daughters, walking her dog, attending musicals, and watching Cardinals and Blues games.
