About

Matthew graduated with an undergraduate degree in history and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. He obtained his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2018. While earning his law degree, Matthew served with the Health Justice Project legally advocating for indigent clients in federal court.

After graduating law school, Matthew worked on behalf of Illinois employers for over six years defending employment law, personal injury, and commercial claims filed against them. After the birth of his first child, Matthew refocused his practice to advocate for the rights of employees in Illinois. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and admitted to the to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
