EEOC Finds Reasonable Cause UIC Subjected Jewish Faculty to Antisemitic Harassment
ABC 7 Chicago reports that the EEOC's Chicago office has found reasonable cause to believe the University of Illinois Chicago subjected Jewish and Israeli faculty to unlawful antisemitic harassment. Attorney David Fish, who represents one of the affected faculty members, is featured in the segment discussing the findings. "UIC is failing Jewish faculty members, students, and its entire Jewish community on all fronts," Fish said, adding that the university is "not willing to take basic steps to protect their Jewish community members."
